DownloadYour choice of meat, this was ribeye with mixed vegetables. You don't have to use these vegetables, use whatever you like best. Easy and delicious!
PREP TIME 20 MINS
COOK TIME 1HR 30 MINS
Put all the cut vegetables and meat into a full size aluminum foil pan and mix thoroughly.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
When done let it rest for 10-15 minute.
Can be served with a side of rice or as it is.

Chicken wings in the smoker or oven. Easy and a party favorite!
PREP TIME 10 MINS
COOK TIME 45 MINS
Pat wings dry with paper towels. Cover all side of the wings with OPA Zestó. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes. Preheat your smoker or oven to 350°. Cook for 45 minutes or until the internal temp is 165°. When done let them rest for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
Can be served with your choice of wing sauce, bbq sauce or as is.

PREP TIME 15 MINS
Using a large mixing bowl. Add the chopped vegetables, pepperoni and olives, then crumble half of the feta cheese over the pasta.
In a small bowl, whisk the canola oil, olive oil, lemon juice, OPA! Seasoning and pepper until mixed. Pour the vinaigrette over the vegetables and gently fold veggies are coated. Taste for seasoning and top with the remaining feta cheese.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight before serving. Will last in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Can be served as a meal or a side.

Delicious creamy pasta with bacon that the family is sure to Love!
PREP TIME 15 MINS
COOK TIME 25 MINS
Cook the bacon in a pan, then scoop on to a paper towel to dry. Caramelize the red pepper and onions in that same pan. Mix in the flour, milk and peas. Take that to a simmer, then add your OPA Zestó. Next add your cooked pasta and bacon back in and mix it up. Spoon it into a bowl and add more OPA Zest, Delicious!

Whisk together, red wine, vinegar, olive oil, and OPA! Then throw in the sliced cucumbers, corn, and cherry tomatoes. Next mix them all together and dish into a bowl. Throw in your mixed greens and top it with the sliced avocado.

Salmon makes some good burnt ends. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Great for appetizer or as a meal.

COOK TIME 1 HR 20 MINS
Use the thickest half of the salmon, remove the skin. Cut into 1 1/2 inch portion and place into a ziplock bag. Then pour enough Korean bbq sauce to cover the salmon. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Put them on a foiled rack and cover all sides of each piece with OPA Zestó. Place in the smoker or oven at 275° for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Let them rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
Can be served as an appetizer, main dish or on a bed of rice.

Put your sour cream into a bowl, mix in your hidden valley ranch mix, garlic salt, and your choice of OPA! Stir it all together and dip with wavy Lays.

Oven baked brussel sprouts with bacon
PREP TIME 10 MINS
COOK TIME 30 MINS
Cut all of your brussels sprouts in half and put into a bowl. Next cut all your bacon into 1 inch squares throw that in the bowl with your OPA Zestó and olive oil, mix thoroughly. Lay it flat on a baking sheet and put it in the oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
Makes a great side dish.

Flaky white fish with spicy broccoli slaw
PREP TIME 10 MINS
COOK TIME 10 MINS
Put your half bag of broccoli slaw into a bowl, add the olive oil, lime and lemon juice and the OPA Zestò, put to the side and let it soak in while cooking the fish. Pan cook the tilapia and chop it up. Lay the tortillas on a plate and scoop the fish on then the broccoli slaw over that. Enjoy!

Greek fries with roasted tomato and whipped ricotta dip.
PREP TIME 15 MINS
COOK TIME 20 MINS
Cut your potatoes into wedges, then add the olive oil and OPA, mix it up. Place in the oven at 400° until crisp. While the potatoes are cooking, cut your cherry tomatoes in half. Next, add the ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon zest and OPA in a blender, blend until smooth. Add the chives and blend again. Place the dip in a bowl and drizzle olive oil then add the cherry tomatoes on top and enjoy! Makes a great side dish or snack.

Chex mix with rye chips, pretzels and cheese-its.
PREP TIME 10 MINS
COOK TIME 1 HR
Mix Your cheez-it's, pretzels and rye chips in an aluminum foil pan. Melt the butter and add the worcestershire sauce and OPA Zestó, stir it up and pour over top, mix it all together. Set your smoker or oven at 250° and stir every 20 for 1 hour. When it comes out of the smoker, sprinkle some more OPA Zestó over top, let it cool down before eating. Its a prefect snack for family gatherings or parties.

Philadelphia cream cheese smoked with OPA! Works with both Michaels original or OPA Zestó.
PREP TIME 5 MINS
COOK TIME 20 MINS
Take the cream out of the package and sprinkle the OPA on all sides. Place it on a cooking sheet in the smoker or oven at 375° for 20 minutes. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool and enjoy. Great on ritz crackers.

A delicious butternut squash meal with white cheddar and pomegranate.

Put your sliced butternut squash on a sheet pan, put your olive oil and seasoning on and mix it up. Place in the oven at 425 for 20 minutes then turn them over and cook for another 10 mins. Plate the squash and spoon the pomegranate over top, then sprinkle the shaved white cheddar over that. Enjoy!
